Young entrepreneurs in rural Alberta will have access to start-up funds and mentoring programs thanks to a legacy project initiated by the Rural Alberta Development Fund (RADF).
RADF’s mandate ended on March 31, 2014 after successfully providing $100 million in funding to 85 projects across Alberta over eight years. As a result of RADF’s strategic and innovative management of the program, an additional $2.3 million remained in the fund which the Board of Directors has dedicated to a legacy project to further rural development in the province.
